- the illumination public-political, social-economic, cultural life, other occurring in capital Uzbekistan and Tashkent area the most largest event and action, presenting public interest; preparing the programs, denoted questions to efficient organization to activity local organ of power and home rules on decision of the most important problems social-economic, developments of the capital of the country, increasing political and social activity of the people, protection their constitutional rights and liberties;
- the organization information-humanitarian, educational, cultural-cognitive broadcasting with provision for interest of the multinational population Tashkent and Tashkent area.
