TV and Radio Company of Syr-Darya region today

One of 12 regional divisions of the National TV and Radio Company of Uzbekistan is the TV and Radio Company of Syr-Darya region. 2009 became successful for a broadcasting company of Syr-Darya region. All financial and technical conditions have been created for staff of the company. By the assistance and at the initiative of the National Television and Radio Company of Uzbekistan the facade and internal parts of building have been reconstructed that has allowed employees to have worthy conditions for fruitful work.     
Proceeding from possibilities of regional broadcasting company two modern studios have been created. Various art-educational programs, open conversations and talk shows are produced in these studios. One of the studios is intended for preparation of the programs devoted national traditions and customs, preservation of national values and consequently has been decorated in special national style. In the second studio are produced talk shows and new programs “Dialogue time”, “Open tribune”. Design of these studios are created accordingly to their mission.
With a view of improvement of professional skill of creative and technical employees, constant cooperation with TV and Radio Channel “Tashkent” is supported. Within the limits of these planned actions many young technical employees have improved their skills and qualification at this TV and RAdio Channel. These experts work hardly to produce the programs at high level, especially they pay great attention to shooting the news program "Fursat" - "The Moment". Idea and art level of these programs has considerably grown.
Five young talented employees have been directed for training to recently opened faculty of Television technologies at the Tashkent university of information technologies and Republican professional college of TV and Radio.    
There is a tradition "Mentor-pupil" in the broadcasting company. Young experts, listening to councils of skilled journalists, enrich their knowledge and skills.  
The programs «Well arranged infrastructure», «My makhalla – you a treasury of values», “Cosy house in village”, «My makhalla - my pride», «One day in village», «My contemporary in village», devoted to the wide works done in Syr-Darya region on execution of national program “Year of development and accomplishment of village” are regularly broadcasted.  Also, under the heading “TV and Radio Company of Syr-Darya region presents” were prepared some programs for televiewers where positive tendencies of carried out reforms in region was shown. In the program “Life in regions” of TV and Radio Channel «O ` zbekiston» have been presented a lot of reports prepared from different regions of the republic.
In view of the announcement of 2010 - «Year of harmonious development of generation» the creative group works over several new projects.
Under this heading will be created a number of programs under the name            «Owners of the future», «My coeval in village», «Harmoniously developed generation – the future of country», «Healthy generation – the healthy future», «Perspective youth – nation reflection» where will be opened themes of social, economic and cultural life of youth.
Nowadays works on improvement of quality of teleradio programs are carried out. In particular, the broadcasting of programs directly from studios is planned. In these purposes the kilometre fiber glass cable is constructed.  
This year in the big studio of TV and Radio Company of Syr-Darya region is planned to finish repair works. The studio will be equipped by up-to-date technology. It will become the cause to increase of technical quality of created television and radio programs.
